Tindak Pidana Apostasia (Murtad) Studi Kanonik

Apostasia, in the penal canon law, is one of most serious offences. There are at least two fundamental reasons for this; first, apostasia a direct attack on Christian faith, aspect spiritual life, and secondly, from juridical perspective, prescribed canonical sanction very limited penalties imposed by codex, namely excommunication latae sententiae (cf. can. 1318). The apostasy sensitive actual topic therefore needs to be understood properly order gain more comprehensive understanding it. concern about cases within Catholic Church make us learn how when someone really leaves faith totally. At same time, we invited understand various consequences established law this offence. ultimate goal study conceptual contribution act through analysis explain punishment abolished. its system judges other times also facilitates concrete conversions realized.
